Fee Policy

Transparent Fee Policy

We maintain complete transparency in our fee structure. Read our detailed fee deposit guidelines and refund policy below.

Fee Deposit Rules

  • Fee must be deposited as per the schedule given at the time of admission.
  • Fee can be paid via cash, cheque, demand draft, online transfer, or through SBI Collect.
  • In case of payment by cheque, it should be in favour of "Rajan Educational Services".
  • Late fee payment will attract a penalty as per the following schedule:

Fee Refund Policy

If a student wishes to withdraw from the course, the following refund policy shall apply:

Caution Money

  • Caution money is a refundable deposit collected at the time of admission.
  • It is refunded at the end of the course, provided the student has completed the full course duration.
  • Any damage to institute property or outstanding dues will be deducted from the caution money.
  • Application for caution money refund must be made within 30 days of course completion.
