These terms and conditions govern your use of the Rajan Educational Services website and enrollment in our coaching programs. By accessing this website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Admission to Rajan Educational Services is subject to availability and the student's performance in the entrance/scholarship exam (RISE/S.DAT). The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
Fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission. Late payment may attract additional charges. Fee once paid is non-refundable except as per the institute's fee refund policy.
Regular attendance is mandatory. Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum at all times. The institute may take disciplinary action, including expulsion, for misconduct or repeated absence without valid reason.
Study material provided by Rajan Educational Services is for the exclusive use of enrolled students. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of study material in any form is strictly prohibited.
Rajan Educational Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.
Rajan Educational Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued enrollment or use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
